Modular Electrode Holder‌

 A new type of combined holder technology that includes a pressing / releasing device:

       ► ‌Superior conductivity‌: Compared with submerged arc furnaces using copper clamps as conductive elements, the contact resistance is better than other forms due to the spring-bolt pressing mechanism between conductive elements and electrode shell, with no arcing and stable current transmission.
       ► ‌Excellent temperature control and enhanced conductivity‌: The sealed design of conductive elements prevents exposure to high-temperature radiation, resulting in significantly lower temperature rise than other conductive elements and markedly improved conductivity.
       ► ‌Remarkable energy and material savings‌: With reduced contact resistance, improved conductivity, and internal water cooling, electrical efficiency and power factor are notably increased, achieving over 5% energy savings and approximately 20% material savings.
       ► ‌Extended service life and reduced maintenance costs‌: The rational structural design doubles the service life of conductive elements. Daily maintenance costs are substantially reduced, while equipment operation rate is significantly improved.
